How does it actually work?+
You download Cracked App, plug your console's SD card into your PC, pick your model from the list, and the app handles everything: file downloads, CFW install, configuration.
Do I need to contact you to crack my console?+
No. The app runs autonomously. For any question, email hello@cracked.fr.
Can I brick my console?+
No. The app only uses mature open-source tools (Luma3DS, Atmosphère, Aroma…) tested by tens of thousands of users, and backs up the initial state before any write.
Can I get banned online?+
On Switch, yes if you connect to Nintendo's servers with pirated content. The app configures your console to block all Nintendo telemetry by default. Risk becomes near-zero.
Is this legal?+
Homebrew and backups of games you own are tolerated in most jurisdictions. You're responsible for how you use the console after modding.
Can my Switch V2 / Lite / OLED be cracked?+
Not with Cracked App. These models need a soldered modchip — a service we don't offer. Look for a specialized workshop.
How long does it take?+
With the app: 5 to 15 minutes depending on the model.
Do you provide games?+
No. The app installs the CFW and the tools. Content is up to you — preferably from your own cartridges/games.
